Refund Policy

In this policy, we provide limitless revisions where a customer can log in to student portals by using their login details, and if the customer is unsatisfied with the final paper we have provided, they can enter instructions and requirements each time. Somehow, if AssignmentAid.net is not able to satisfy the customer due to the copywriting of the paper, then the refund policy is applicable.

Also, after requesting a refund, a customer can not demand the use of the paper because we have already allocated it to plagiarism prevention tools.

REFUND GUIDELINES

  • Receiving higher grades or marks is not a guarantee.
  • Before submission, we provide a reference paper for practice and revision.
  • We will ensure that we do not have a failing grade (F) in the assignment.

Refund Before Order Delivered:

  • If the writer is not assigned to your assignment and you ask for a withdrawal, then you can expect a complete refund. But if the writer is assigned, then he or she must be compensated for it.
  • If the writer has already been assigned and has completed the task according to the deadline, then you can not cancel the order.

The following are the situations when you can expect to get a refund while sending a cancellation request:

OTHER REFUND SITUATIONS

Except for the circumstances provided above, there are some other ways through which you can also have a partial or complete refund, but for that, you have to take care of a few things :

No Assigned Writer Yet

As explained above, if there is no writer assigned to your task, you can have a 100 % refund. And, will inform you that we do not have a suitable writer for your work.

Plagiarism Claim

If the customer says that the order contains plagiarised material, then they need to provide a Turnitin report as proof; hence, no reports are accepted other than Turnitin. If the customer can't provide the report, then his complaint is not acceptable, and there will be no refund.

Duplicate Order/Payment

Customers must contact the Support Team right away if they place an order twice or more. This relates to the cancellation of the orders that were placed in error. In order to initiate the refund process, the customer must furnish us with the duplicate order payment receipt.

Writer’s Unavailability

  • If there is a writer available for your task, your order will be cancelled and the refund will be processed while informing you.
  • A timeline is provided in some cases where writers are limited, so you can either cancel the order or wait for it.

Deadline Missed:

  • The company is not in charge if the order is delivered late due to late payment, and there will be no refund. Customers are advised to pay the whole amount at the time of order placement in order to avoid these kinds of circumstances.
  • The order will always be delivered on time. No compensation can be requested if the delay was caused by the task's necessary papers being uploaded later than expected. Therefore, when the order has been placed, it is always good to attach all required materials and resources as soon as possible.
  • If the writer is not able to complete the task by the deadline, the customer can request a complete refund.

REFUND PROCESS AND DEADLINE

If the customer is not satisfied with the completed task due to any of the reasons given above, they can ask for a free revision, an alternate writer, or a refund.

Naturally, we will submit the paper's Word revision together with supporting documentation. This is so that the dispute department can handle the case's relevant verdict. This needs to be returned within three days of the final paper being turned in. The dispute application will be immediately rejected if this is not submitted. As a result, there will be no reimbursement.

After the final copy has been accepted, you must email the Support Team to request more help if you still need a refund.

The following refund policy will be applicable in all refund cases:

Customer will be eligible for:

  • Full refund if the request has been made before the order delivery;
  • 70% refund if the request has been made within 1-3 days of order delivery;
  • 50% refund if the request has been made within 4-5 days of order delivery;
  • 20% refund if the request has been made within 7 days of delivery;
  • NO refund if the request has been made after 8 days of delivery.
